Question about 1987 Dodge Raider
I have an 1987 Dodge Raider that I had brought in to get fixed because I had no reverse and it wasn't shifting right. Mechanic had it for 3 months and just called me up and gave up... Other than him obviously not being a very good mechanic, I still don't have a functioning vehicle. So apparently he's rebuilt the entire clutch which is evident because I actually now do have reverse. So now I only have first and reverse. It won't shift to the next gear. I checked the adjustment where the shifter connects to the tranny and it didn't make a difference. I put the truck in second and it still only stays in first! I've been without a vehicle for 3 months now.... NEED HELP!!!!
Take it too a quality good name transmission repair shop. Amco is nationwide
