check brake pedal switch for conductance and check all fuses again. I unhooked trailer once and blew out a fuse that was independent of the brake light... If you have blinkers working it narrows it down. Check emergency flashers to see if thats working.
Check your turn signal fuse first, if the fuse is found good, replace the turn signal flasher.
I am assuming when you state the blinkers are not working that both the front and rear turn signals are not lighting at all.

Most likely it is the relay which is built into the turn switch. Turn switch will have to be replaced. It is also good idea to replace the flasher as well. Make sure both bulbs are new.
Pull all of the bulbs and try it using a tester to each light. I have seen a bulb that would contact both posts and kill the lights. Hope this helps. Mike
