Power Control Module needs replacing?

I've taken excellant care of my 2004 Honda Accord Ex 6V since I purchased it new. Every maintanance on the Honda list. It now has 104,569 miles. Q; Why all of sudden would the Power Control Module need to be replaced? The car was acting up, they did a diagnostic test and found the module could not be programmed. Help!

There are many reasons why it has become so bad it needs replacing, But after its used for so many years it could produce problems for no reason at all.

Replace it and you shouldn't have any more trouble from it ..

2005 honda ex maintanence required light went on

It's a reminder that it's time to do your maintanence(oil change, tire rotation, replace air fliter, etc..your service book will tell you what service your need to do base on the mileage). A lot of the time people just get a oil change and reset the light. The light can be reset at anytime.

With the headlight OFF push and hold the trip/reset button or stick (located in front of the gauge below the MPH speedo) , turn the ignition switch ON (II), and continue to hold the button for more than 40 seconds. If you did it right the light should go out.

good luck

Where do the ignition control module located in a honda accord 1990 ex

The ignition control module (igniter) is inside the distributor, as is the coil on your Accord (1990).
Hope this helps you find it (it looks vaguely like a circuit board with tabs on it).

Need to replace the map lamp bulbs in Accord EX 04

Remove the lens by carefully prying on the front edge of the lens with a fingernail file or a small flat-tip screwdriver. Do not pry on the edge of the housing around the lens.
Use the same type of bulb that is currently in the fixture.
Hope this helps you.

How do you fix a jammed CD player in 2004 Honda Accord EX?

Take it to a Honda Dealer, if it is out of warranty coverage, they will have to have it sent out for repair. May cost between $250 to $350, plus tech labor ro remove and reinstall.

If you have a "Honda Care" extended service (warranty) contract, they fix it for much cheaper.

In any case they return your CD's.

1990 honda accord ex..dim running lights

Dim lamps are ususally caused by a bad ground, however, first things first, have you replaced any tail light or signal bulbs lately? if so, there's your culprit - the wrong bulb or incorrectly installed, - otherwise, it is either a bad ground (Wiring diagram) or a bad lighting control module.
