92 toyota pickup won't start - 1992 Toyota Pickup

An engine requires certain things to be functional. It needs petrol and it need oxygen and a source of ignition to burn the petrol and oxygen. There are other thing too but these 3 are essential. Is there petrol in the storage tank on the vehicle? Is air able to teach the throttle body. Is the ignitor system receiving electricity. The presence of a failed storage cell or the lack of one will not only prevent the ignotion from working it will also prevent the starting motor from spinning the propulsion engine and initiating operation. When it is determined what of these three items is lacking the problen can be corrected.
