Hi, it sounds like you are hearing the window motor working to turn a broken window regulator. the window regulator on your vehicle is a wire guided wheel moving two track guides up and down, affixed to the window itself. the center of the unit contains wire wrapped around a plastic roller, the most common problem is, the plastic is worn out by the metal wire and it cracks, breaks, and the wires come loose causing the window to fall. you will need to have your window regulator replaced. it's not hard for the mechanically inclined to tackle this job, but if you are not, do not attempt this repair, take it to a shop. one thing i want to tell you, from my experience as a automotive technician, i find that the aftermarket window parts(regulator, switch, motor, etc.) are inferior to factory parts from a dealer. i would recommend replacing the regulator with only factory honda parts, but you don't have to take to honda dealer to do the work.
Your window motor has gone out it controls the up and down movements and will cause it pop of track in some case's
You have to remove door panel and check power window (small motor) and cable, it could be loose or broken, otherwise you have to replace whole part.
