Most newer cars use a collar type clamp to hold the bulbs in place. Look under the hood and find the wires that lead into the headlight area. Feel for a collar type assembly that you can unscrew and gently pull the old bulb out. Unplug the bulb and replace by reversing the procedure.

How do you replace a turn signal bulb at the rear of a 2009 ford escape?

On most Ford Trucks and SUV's there will be two philips head screws on the exterior of the light. Undo these two screws and the whole lens will pull outwards. Unplug the bulb and unscrew the retainer - reverse instructions with new bulb in place.
On a newer Ford, there may be an access panel inside the cargo area. If there is, you will gain access to the bulb and retainer from there.

I have a 2008 Ford Fusion and the passenger side head lamp will not come on. The fog lights and driver side head lamp works but the passenger side will not work on bright or on dim, what could this be?

Hi. Since the headlight on the driver side is working then we dont have any problem with the fuse or relay. Check the wiring and the socket of the passenger headlight if it is intact to the bulb. If it is intact, then this could be a headlight problem. Time to replace the passenger headlight.

I have a 2006 ford fusion sel and the light bulb in center floor console is burned out. How do I change it?

You have to remove the cover around the gearshift, there you'll find the bulb, it's a small 12V bulb, just pull it out of the holder and install a new one.

My right head light is out on my 2008 ford fusion. i have removed two screws, but the lamp does not move forward to gain access in order to change the light. i cannot see any more screws. what do i need to...

There is a splash shield in the right side wheel well. If you take out the screw you can get the access cover off to get to the headlight. It is labeled bulb access.
