Mcdevito75 here, Drain could be clogged or has flopped to the inside of your car, Locate the drain tube comming thru the Fire wall just opposite of the glove box and use a thin wire to clear it. You can get thin wire at a hardware store.

Water coming into cab through air vents

The heat exhanger in the ductwork will create condensation as it cools the air, removing water from the air. There is a rubber tube that can become plugged with acumulated dust and dirt in the ductwork. That tube allows condensation to drip onto the ground beneath the firewall in the engine compartment. Try blowing compressed air into the drain tube from beneath the vehicle. A blocked drain tube can cause mildew to grow in the ductwork, which is a bio hazard.

A properly functioning condensation drain tube will small water puddles to appear under the vehcile where it is parked after the AC has been used.

2006 silverado leaks water out of AC sometimes when it runs, also water vapor comes out the vents, this is when AC in on plus recirculate the air in cabin as well is on. doesn't due it all the time...

Your air conditioner condenses alot of moisture while it is cooling. This falls into the box that the blower fan is mounted inside of. There is a small drain hose that allows this moisture to drain outside the vehicle. Have this drain checked to insure that it is open. You can usually blow low pressure air into the hose to verify that it is clear.. Good Luck!

Water is leaking slightly from the dash area. It appears to be a form of condensation. Approximately what is the problem and cost?

If you are using the AC or defroster, it is most likely the drain is clogged. When the AC runs, it will condense water on the evaporator. This is supposed to drain outside the car but if the drain is clogged it will back up and spill into the car. There should be a rubber drain tube on the evaporator box normally on the passenger side.

I do not have a clue as to cost.

After a heavy down pour I noticed a large amount of water dripping from behind the glove box. Do I have a clogged drain?

The two drain holes in the compartment beneath the wipers are plugged with debris. Take off wipers.
2. Take of plastic panel under wipers. 3. Clear crud away from drain holes. Pour water in there afterward to make sure it drains properly..You will see it come out the bottom under the car.
4. Clean out any other leaves hope this will hlp you

Water is leaking INSIDE my car

Well, the A/C drain may very well be clogged. What happens is, trash and leaves and such will fall into the fresh air vent outside the car eventualy making its way down into the air box, where the evap core is located. The evap core housing/ air box has a drain for the condensation from the evap core to drain. This drain gets stopped up from the dirt, leaves and trash, in turn causes the condensation to overflow into the car. One way to avoid this in the future is to run your A/C on the recirculated air mode, thast way your not pulling all the trash in from outside.

Air condition leaks into driver side and rear floor board

The evaporator box drain is stopped up.Under hood, under the firewall, right below the ac lines, you will find the drain.Take a small wire, like balin wire and move it in and out of the drain hole to relieve the water,it will pour out pretty good.If this doesn`t work, try compressed air pressure.I hope this helps.

A/c condensation leaking inside passenger floor

Sounds like your drain is pluged. The drain is on pass. Side on fire wall. More than likely will have to get under car to find it. Try shooting some compressed air into drain port
