Make sure the large line going in the firewall is cold,if so,the problem is on the inside ,check the temp door,it is most likely not opening for cold temp.
Either 2 things, the fuse is blowen, or ther AC belt is broken.
Open the hood, have some one start the car, turn AC ON, you should here a click and the engine rpm will drop slightly, you should also be able to see the compressor wetter the drive belt is broken or not.
I believe one 12 ounce of R134 recharge can. There should be a sticker on the Blower motor housing that has the information to the R143 A/C capacity.
Do not over charge, you'll blow O rings or worst. Kill the compressor it self.

First of all you need to be sure if its feon. Because sometimes its the condensed air (water) and the pipe carrying it would have got leaking. Just look for the kind of leak first. If its water and pipe leak don't worry just seal the pipe. Also try to find out were is the leak coming from. If some parts are loose just tighten them. If some pipe is leaking seal it. and still if you have a problem then take it to a mechanic
