I have a 2004 Buick Rendezvous - we are at a loss as to why it is continuing to squeal at low speeds, if I turn slightly left it will stop or right it will get worse. Brakes, galiper, and rotor have all been replaced - any ideas?

"safe" is when everything is in good condition...Temporary use on short trips at low speed with slight wear is relatively safe, but it's a judgment call that needs to be made, based upon amount of wear. Best option always is to get it repaired.
have your brake pads checked they may bee due for service there is a brake indicator on the pads that when the pads run low the indicator will make contact with the rotor then it will make a squealing sound :]
If its squealing from the wheels at low speeds with your foot OFF the brake pedal, check the brake pads. There is an EARLY WARNING SENSOR that's squeals like chalk on the blackboard when the brakes get low. Could be totally off on this one , but hope it helps.
It is under the front bumper cover and you may need to have headlights taken out . Its either on the frame rail or on the radiator support left or right and their is a high and low horn
