If you are saying the brakes chatter or there is a vibration when applying the brakes your rotors are warped. Remove the pads, have the rotors turned at a machine shop, and replace the pads with new ones, even if they look good. Warped rotors are caused by excessive braking at high speed, riding the brake pedal, or not correctly torquing the lug nuts to the correct lb/ft when installing the tire/wheel. Your owner's manual will list the correct torque which will be around 80 lb/ft. Make sure anyone removing a wheel use a torque wrench and torque them correctly.

This Solara had the same issue. After replacing front rotors and brake pads - all good.

Toyota Camry v6 1998 overheated now have a clattering noise in top end at 2000 rpm

Get a compression test done to eliminate a warped head or cracked head . Hopefully you have not cracked the block as this costs 6000 dollars AUD to fix or $3500 AUD for a Reco Engine.
If it is an alloy head the two metals cool at different rates and warping or cracking can occur. $$$$$$$ costly $$$$$$ to fix

My 2004 Camry is hard to stop when applying the brakes and its always been that way since we bought it new is this normal for a camry?

no car should be hard to stop. go to dealer ask to test drive a newer Camry and see if it feels the same, some people who are not used to ABS or 4 wheel disc brakes may not like the feel . this could be just a condition to get used to , i know i had old cars that would lock up quick but newer cars are made not to do that. hope this helps.

My brake lights doesn't even I aleady change the bulb

Brake switch may be bad, it's ususally under the brake pedal. When brakes are applied, the pedal arm pushes on a (button) which signals your brakes to come on. Easily fixed and cheap. Part around $10. you can replace it, a simple plug and nut removal.

Brake rotors and pads recently replaced. Seem to

You could stop the noisy brake problem by applying special adhesive to the back of the brake pads. They are available at the autoparts stores. If you buy high quality brake pads, you would see the anti-noise shims included in the package.

As for the oil dripping issue: have the required quantity of oil in the crankcase-3.2 quarts to start when you change engine oil. Inspect the oil-pan gasket, drain-plug, oil-pump seal

2002 Camry: 35000 miles. This is a city driven car. When I was on the highway, and applied my brakes at 70mph, the brake peddle was pulsating erratically. I had my rotors checked thinking they could be...

Re-check again, that's what rotors do when warped, but only when the pedal is applied. If you let off and the pulsation goes away, it's the rotors.

SPONGY BRAKE PEDAL

spongy brake pedal indicates air in the system... have the brakes inspected for leaks as it leaks when you apply the brakes and sucks in air when you release them.

2005 camry tail light blows

Does it work when you press the brake pedal? If so, sounds like you have a faulty bulbs. IF it doesn't work when brake pedal is applied I would check the fuse under the hood or left kick panel on the driver side.
