Can you?? Sure. Should you? Probably not. The two engines have different ECUs and aren't compatible without a lot of sensor corrections. By the time you get everything correct, you would most likely be dollars ahead to do an identical swap.

the 3800 v6 motors have the reservoir on the power steering pump - if looking at motor drive belt - alt on top of motor back toward windshield - p/s is at bottom of motor toward windshield - lean over motor or slide arm down around alt. - when not running and not hot - unscrew cap - funnel will be needed if fluid is low

Depends on the motor. If there is a mount on the passanger side that the belt goes around then yes. Don't fret though, easy to get around. Use a jack and a piece of wood on the oil pan to support the motor so you can remove the motor mount to remove the belt. Again, this is on SOME gm motors not all. On the others the mount isn't in the way at all.

Yes you will have to loosen motor mount and jack motor slightly to change belt.
