Question about 1996 Pontiac Grand Am
Hellomzraina813:My name is Roger and I will help you. There are two different motors that were put in this model car. One was a 2.4 DOHC and a 3.0 v-6 engine. I checked the factory specs. on both engines The correct specs for both are the same 41 to 47psi. The fuel range must be with in these specs. If the fuel pressure is less it will create a no start or very poor performance. A variation of just 2psi could cause a no start. I would also check t make sure you also have spark to the spark plugs.Should you need further help please just ask. Please rate your answer. This way I know it was helpful.Thank You for using Fix Ya. Roger
