Question about 1993 Honda Civic 4 Door
I have already replaced the cylinder head , water pump, radiator and thermostat but the car is still getting hot if driving at 50-80km for 5km. The head is tortured 68nm.The problem is on a honda Luxline 1500 16v. it is a d15b3 motor.I have drained all the air out off the water system.
Hi, this is a common problem on honda, best advice is that you skim head and block.

Your positive that the radiator temp sensor is accurate? And what do you mean by hot? Range preferred, and also what it usually goes up to after driving 5km Also did you check the fan motor and the Temp switch? to turn on the fan?
