If the check engine lite is on, check for applicable trouble codes. Around here some of the national brand autostores will check some codes for free. How long since a tune-up?

Hard starting when left overnight

ya, this is gonna be a tricky one. without hooking it up to a code reader at a mechanic you gonna be shotgunning parts until you get frustrated.

Maybe a temp sensor?
Maybe a Idle Air Controller?
Its hard to say 100% sure without a computer.

The mechanic code reader will be able to tell you if a sensor is not working right even if you aren't getting codes.

You need to go to a shop with a code reader. The check engine light was telling you something and you need a code reader. Depending on which country you are in, if in the states autozone may have it for free.

Whatever initiated the light is now messing up the other parts of the car.

Hope that helps.

Hi, I get code number 51. Not sure what I can do to find and fix problem. Thanks

Code 51 is Wide Open Throttle Problem. You need to replace your fuel filter, possibly drain fuel tank and clean fuel pump pre-filter. That is in the fuel tank. If you have the cash, I would replace fuel pump while inside the tank.
