If you sprayed something into the intake
I would assume you were checking for fuel

2003 SDi Volkswagen Polo, hard to start in mornings. Changed air filter, glo plugs, fuel filter and no change. I read the code with the OBD scan tool and I got code PO113 IAT sensor 1 Circuit High inp

Have that sensor checked or replaced. If the computer gets the wrong input signal from the intake air temperature sensor, it may not realize the engine is cold and not delivering enough gas at start-up.

If you swop the coils, that will indicate if they are faulty or not.

1999 Toyota Camry fuel injectors are not opening. Plugs are firing, fuel pump working.

I would say it is a cam or crank sensor. Have someone plug a OBD II reader in and retrieve the code.
Please let me know.

99 Jeep Cherokee Sport, 4.0L -won't start

you need to have it connected to an OBD2 machine and watch if you are missing the cam sensor showing RPMs
or if your missing crank sensors RPMs,
it could be a wiring problem or computer if your seeing the RPMs from both sensors, and the last thing i would check is hooking up a fuel gauge to the reed valve and watch what fuel pressure you have while cranking,if the cam sensor is the culprit it will turn the fuel off after the cranking.

99 Sable - hesitation or flutter at 35-42mph - service light on

I had the same EXACT problem on my 2002 Sable. Freaked out thinking I needed a transmission.
All I needed was a tune-up. When not firing properly, sensors "take over" to compensate.

Check plugs/wires...you'll be surprised...I sure was!!

No power to plugs or coils wont start

You sghould check to verify that fuel is reaching to the rails. There is a possibility that there might be a fuel blockage before the rails
