When im driving and i reach 20mph it jerks when it changes gears. what do u think the problem is

Check the fluid level in the transmission. You may be "running out" of fluid needed to shift to second.
You can try changing the transmission fluid and adding a small amount of Lucas transmission additive it may help a balky solenoid. Fords don't have a filter for you to change, but do offer a add-on type on the line to the radiator.

Need instructions for installing a 1994 ford tauras 3.0 transmission

have a shop do it? but if you absolutely need to do it yourself.

lift vehicle at least 30 inches off the ground and remove front wheels. detach balljoints and use engine support system to ensure engine does not change position. it will be necessary to use a system that is positioned over the engine rather than under.

remove the subframe from beneith the car. it should have 4 bolts and some minor brackets connecting it to the transmission.

remove electrical and linkage connections from transmission.

remove half axles

remove lower bellhousing cover. disconnect torque convert to flywheel bolts.

remove bellhousing bolts while transmission is supported and seperate from engine.

to install reverse proceedure.

if these directions are not sufficient for you then i would recommend spending the 20 bucks on a manual you cheap skate.

The engine needs replaced and need to know if the transmission will need to be dropped to do so

no, Because the transmission is underneath your motor. now if you were changing your transmission you would have to pull out the motor then hoist the transmission out.

Transmission Sensor is leaking

most sensors have a O ring that can easily be changed. I would recommend taking the sensor out ( usually only 1 or 2 bolts ) and check the o ring for cracks or wear. The bolts could even be loose. You should be able to get a new oring/seal at any parts store.

if it is the white plastic sensor on the top there are wires that are connectedinside the transmission. I am not positive on that specific car but I changed a windstar transmission over the weekend and that is how it was set up.

Where on line can i find a diabram of a front wheel bdaring on a 1998 ford taurus. I need to change one

not sure that you can find a diagram with out paying for it but if you take off the front wheel and brakes caliper ,rotor, there will be a big nut in center of lug nuts remove it then on the back side of spindle there will be either 3 or 4 mounting bolts holding in bearing remove those and unplug ABS sensor if equiped then use a hammer to seperate bearing (hub assembly) from spindle good luck

1999 Ford Taurus 4.3L SHO with leaking transmission seal

Nope. You can lift the car and drop the cradle and try that but no matter what you will need to seperate the two from each other to r/r seal. Try Lucas trans treatment for leak. That may help. Depending on how bad leak is.
