There is on the after market a repair kit which has conductive tape and electro conductive adhesive. The tape is very similar to that used by alarm engineers on glass protection. Could be possible to solder a tag back onto the element, have to watch the heat and the glass!!!!!!!!

The engines computer has detected a problem with a sensor or system that it monitors or controls. You have three options to get the codes that will help you determine what's wrong 1. You can buy an inexpensive code reader for about $50 and pull the codes yourself. 2. You can call your local parts store to see if they can pull codes for you. 3. You can visit your local repair shop or dealer and have them perform a diagnosis. There is usually a set fee. They will pull codes, run some tests, and pinpoint the problem for you. Let me know what you figure out.

The code reader connected to the computer box link is not reading. i used three different code readers with no reading. the check engine light is on. the vehicle is a 1995 Nissan 200sx SE,...


On these models there are 2 ALDL's. 1 is a Nissan 2 adapter and the other is a OBD2 adapter. Chances are you will need to use the specific Nissan adapter to gain access.

The problem is with the window regulator, which the motor attaches to. The regulator has come off the window.
