Where is the air conditioner (cabin) air filter

2008 - 2012 models should have the access panel behind the glove box if the van is equipped with a filter. Not all models have a filter.
You drop the glove box down by disconnecting the support straps.

Where do I add Freon for my air conditioner

On the driver's side of the engine compartment, to the rear of the air filter/air intake box, is an air conditioner line with a fitting pointed straight up.
It is about 6" below the top of the air filter box.

Be cautious not to overfill the system.

The air condition air flow smell bad (like a mold)

What smells like mold probably is mold. This is a common problem because of the moist environment of the air conditioning system. The solution is to turn the air conditioner on max and spray aerosol antibacterial spray into the high level air intake at the base of the windshield then shut down and let it work. You may have to do this quite often depending upon your environment. Obviously, you should not attempt to do this procedure while underway.

VY commodore smelly air conditioner

Probably a build up of grime, mould, cigarette smoke(if you smoke in the car)_ etc etc. The air intake is under the passenger side. On some models , there is a filter that can be removed and cleaned, you would have to check with your Owners manual or a Dealer. There are cans of air con deodorisers available from Air conditioner parts stores (Actrol, Heatcraft , Airfridge etc) Spray the can into the air inlet of the air con whilst running. It kills anything bad and cleans and sterilises the air con. These cans are about $45 to $50 each, but they work better than unloading a can of Glen 20.

Air conditioner

There is no filter, this smell is caused by mold/mildew in the system from normal condensation from the AC evaporator core, you can try Lysol, spray at the air intake in front of the windshield for about 20 seconds, turn of the system and let it set overnight, this will cure the problem for a few months, then you will have to treat it again, as the mold will regrow in the moist environment of the AC air distribution box.

Air Conditioner Vents Not Working

The problem is the air conditioner vent door motors have gone out. There are several of these motors that open and close them allowing the air to move to different parts of the car. Since it is electronic, there are motors that open and close these doors. Unfortunately, these motors are not cheap to replace.
