Im an experienced installer for 15 years on car stereo..trust me when i say it takes an experienced installer 2 plus hours to do this and an average joe all day if you wish not to break panels..id take it to best buy and get them to do it..they are insured..lol..plus did you get factory woofer? if not only a select few fit.

In the central junction box, 30A FUSE 101 applies to the starter relay; 30A FUSE 102 applies to the ignition switch.

I have a 2004 Ford Expedition. What # fuse is the cigarette lighter.


Check in Passenger Fuse Compartment the position 41, 20AMP for CIgar Lighter and OBDII DIagnostic Conector.

OBD II Monitor Type: CCM Details
Indicators: MIL Details
Trouble Code Conditions:
Engine started, vehicle operating with 2nd Gear commanded "on", and the PCM detected an incorrect 2nd gear ratio during the test.

Possible Causes:
  • 2nd Gear solenoid harness connector not properly seated
  • 2nd Gear solenoid signal shorted to ground, or open
  • 2nd Gear solenoid wring harness connector is damaged
  • 2nd Gear solenoid is damaged or not properly installed

Refer to the mechanical section to diagnose transmission concerns
