2000 mercury mountaineer one headlight works the other does not and its not the bulb

Not good!

Simple/ not so simple...

Need to put a multimeter on it and see if you're getting power at the bulb. If not, you'll need to replace the entire wire from where the two headlights join together to the bulb.

Only other possibility is that it really is the bulb, and you got a bad bulb to replace a bad bulb. Easiest check would be to pull the bulb from the other side (knowing it works), and put it in there to see if that fixes it (and also put the replacement bulb in the good side to ensure it's a good bulb, too).

How do you remove the dashboard off of a 2007 Lincoln Town car? I have to replace the analog clock bulb .

assuming you are talking about the dash cover... they just pop on/off except by the radio and ashtray there are a few bolts/screws

however, to actually remove the dash is a lot more detailed
