Question about 1996 Plymouth Grand Voyager
This is a common problem with dodge, crysler, and plymounth modles with 6 cylinder engines the alignment is slightly off of the pulleys
dodge had this in their service bulletins years ago and but didn't bother to tell anyone about it. you'll need either a replacement idler pulley wich should come with a washer that fixes the alignment or you'll need to purchace a belt kit that replaces the tentioner pully idler pully and has a new double sided ribbed belt.
amazon sells it for about $100. US
or try any auto parts store or garage for the kit Gates 38379K Serpentine Belt Drive Component Kit
