Remote does not work on my 2007 GMC Yukon. I changed battery and I used spare remote, but no response. After I drive the vehicle, the remote will work, but after I few minutes, it goes back to not working. I also reprogrammed the remote to the vehicle and no luck. Any input on this?

I'm almost certain when you program remotes, they must both be programmed at the same time. This may explain why your spare didn't work. I think I would make sure both have good batteries and program them both at the same time.

Sounds like the crash buggered up your door's alignment with the strikers. The best thing to do would be to run it in to a good body shop, or figure out how to align it back with the strikers yourself (Not an easy, nor a fun, job).

{: ) Try to reprogram your remote transmitter again. If you have two or more remote transmitters, they should be programmed at the same time (in one session only). Otherwise you may need to replace and reprogram your remote control receiver.

I lost my keys to my 2005 GMC Yukon Denali but I have a extra remote starter sitec can I start the truck without a key or do I have to have a key made

Remote starters normally only let you do that. You will need a key made in case the remote starter fails, and they do often. The dealership can do it from the VIN Number. You should really have one for use and a spare.

Once my keyless remote is programmed to my 2007 Yukon, after a few hours it will no loger work...Battery replaced and tried all three remotes...same thing on all, what can i check next

Most likely the remote is falling out of sync with the car due to repeated accidental button presses in your pocket. You can try moving to the car and holding the button down for 30 sec. Works on some.

How do I make my AC work when I turn on my YUKON DENALI 2007 with a remote?

If the control is set for ac when you turn the engine off, it should come back on when you start it by remote. Is the radio and other accessories working when you use the remote ? Could be the remote system is not powering the accessory circuit for some reason.

Remote key entry dont work 2007 gmc yukon il

This is a tough one without testing but i can say that 90% of the time its due to bad remotes. first make sure the battery in the remote is good, if you have another remote try that one and also make sure it has a good battery. i have seen spare remotes go bad also. the best thing is that if both remotes dont work then buy a new remote and try that.

I have a 2007 Yukon with a remote starter that will not work. I can hear relays, but the engine will not crank. I assume there is another relay that is bad. any thoughts

{: ) You can hear relays, you may even see the exterior lights work when you press button. Normally before you remote start, you should make sure that the vehicle doors are locked.
The RVS (Remote Vehicle Start) system will not operate if any of the following conditions are present:
• A current vehicle DTC that illuminates the malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) • The vehicle is in valet mode. • More than 2 remote starts have been attempted. • The hazard switch is in the ON position. • A current hazard switch DTC is set. • The vehicle hood is opened. • A current hood ajar DTC is set. • The CTD system detects an alarm trigger. • Excessive engine RPM • Excessive coolant temperature • Accelerator pedal position greater than 0 percent • Vehicle not in park • Vehicle theft deterrent malfunction • A current automatic transmission shift lock control system DRC is set. • A vehicle speed sensor signal is detected by the ECM.

2007 gmc yukon denali wont unlock w/ keyfob

Check the buttons.. I have an 06 Grand Prix with the Remote starter on the top and it seems that the conductor on the buttons worn out.. Take the keyfob apart, pull the rubber buttons off the chip, lick your finger and touch the place where the unlock (right side of the fob) would be. That should unlock your doors. I just did it with mine. I would just buy another fob on ebay and change the buttons out.. Hope this works
