Rear lights dont come on...front works and fuses/bulbs are good. Any ideas?

The bulb check unit, which detects when the rear lights are blown, is malfunctioning or has gone totally bad. It's located inside the trunk mounted, drivers side tail light assembly. Have it checked out and repaired if necessary.

99 ACCORD BRAKE LIGHTS

ok well you start with the most common, obvious, and easiest to repair.
1. fuse
2. bulbs
3. bad relay
4. bad switch
5. open circuit
6. short
This is the best order to diagnose your problem with. not sure how electricly savy you are but my first test would be to check for voltage at the bulb. Get yourself a voltmeter, a test light might work but a volt meter can give you the exact reading. unplug the harness from the bulb or vise versa, have someone hold the brake down, stick your diodes into the terminals of the harness and get your reading. if no voltage pull some fuses... still nothin, my moneys on the wires...

1990 accord brake lights dont come on

if both brake lights are not working this suggests (a) that both bulbs have blown - this is a real possibility, (b) a faulty brake switch (this is normally situated under the dashboard on or near the brake pedal) - also the brake switch may be sticking, (c) a loose or disconnected connector, (d) severed cabling, or (e) a blown fuse. Check the fuse first, then the connectors, then that there is a supply voltage at the brake pedal switch and that the switch works properly.

Brake Lights out on 1991 Honda Accord

After you have checked the fuseand the bulb connection, you may also want to check the brake switch located at top of the brake padel under the dashboard. Once you push the brake padel, the switch will trigger and the brake light will be on. Use simple 12 volt test pen or voltmeter to test the current supply. Enjoy it.

1991 Honda Accord brake light probelm.

Check the prones inside the connector that you plug into the brake light module. You may have to squeeze, wiggle, tilt each one to see which one is not connecting all that good. I know it may sound confusing. I tried to explain the best of I could.

Brake lights do not work (3rd brakelight does) changed bulbs checked fuse

Problem could be the Brake Light Control Module. That's about the only other thing other than a bad wire somewhere if the bulbs and fuses are good. 91 Accord has 2. One on each side in the smaller of the 2 rear tail light lenses. In order to change the module you have to remove the smaller of the rear tail lights. Drivers side is 5 pin. Passenger side is 6 pin.
