The code is for a problem with the throttle position sensor circuit.
The sensor would need to be tested with a meter.

2001 elentra front driver side axle removal instructions

take off wheel, pull both strut bolts, then push the strut to free it , undo tie rod end ( smack it with a hammer on the arm for the spindle a few times to get tie rod end out of the spindleand it will move side to side giving you room to pull the c.v. shaft out. then use a 32 or 36 mm socket to remove c.v. shaft bolt. hit the c.v. shaft a few time to free it from the hub assy. then get under the car and use a pry bar to remove the shaft from the transmission(you may lose a little ****** fluid). then just repete in reverse to install

I have a 2003 hyndai elentra an i had both 02 sensors replaced plus flex pipe and check engine light came back on with 02 sensor error

Try first to clean out the MAF sensors and the intake with tuner cleaner spray. Check also the the fuel regulator. Check also for holes and gapes from the air filter to the intake manifold. An error on the O2 sensor mean does not mean it is faulty. It may also be related to the air fuel mixture. Check also the wiring of the sensors (MAF and O2).

I have hyndai elantra 2001 automatic sometimes hesitant to start.

Sounds like a fuel pressure problem. Check/inspect your electrical connections to the fuel pump (power & ground). Also, connect a fuel pressure gauge to the fuel line at the fuel injector rail - leave it connected so if and when you have this problem again, you will be able to determine if the cause is fuel pressure/pump.
