Driver side sliding door on 04 freestar van non power wont open after opening and closing the fuel door

There is obviously a switch on the fuel door that prevents the sliding door from operating while the fuel door is open. Look for that switch and spray some electrical cleaner (or even "Brake Kleen" from an auto parts store). Both evaporate quickly without leaving residue. The switch is probably "gunky."

I have a 2004 kia optima with 52000 miles on it. After every fill up at the gas station no matter if I put 5 dollars or 20 to fill the tank up the car won't start unless I put my foot to the gas pedal and...

Two things come to mind. You broke the pressure seal to the fuel system when you took off the gas cap. The fresh gas rushing in disturbs any dirt or debris on the bottom of the tank.
Next time you use the car when you arrive at our destination, simulate what you do when you fuel up. This will mimic everythig except the new fuel rushing in. If it is still hard to start you know it's something to do with the evaporative fuel system. If not, you need the fuel tank inspected .

Sluggish and loss of power

if the car ran good befrore you filled up ,there might be water in the fuel you pumped into the car, sometimes water gets into the gas station fuel tanks when it rains, try to drain your gas out and try fuel from another station

2004 Toyota Sienna power slide door won't open all the way

The suggested fix above did fix my problem. The problem is that a 2.5" hinged finger that pops up from the floor of the door opening to block the door. Apparently, the finger should, but doesnt go back down after the gas flap is closed. Even after I got hinged finger down (so that the sliding door would open/close all the way), it still would not go back down after the gas flap has been opened. i.e. I have to push the finger back down every time after we fill up with gas. It looks like there is a little wire/spring that should pull the finger back down, but it is off of the finger. I think that replacing this back on the finger should fix the problem permanently.

Gas gauge seldom reaches full

your fuel tank has a float on the inside with the fuel pump. The float tells your guage where to read. You could check your releif hose on your tank to see if it is clogged . if it doesn,t get air out as fuel goes in it will cause the gas pump to kick off as it thinks your tank is full. when filling up just pull the pump nossel out some and see it that helps

Sliding door driver side won't open

I had the same problem and it ended up being the sensor for the gas door. Another symptom in my case was the gas door not openning. The sensor doubles as a spring to pop the gas door open. I didn't want to mess up my storage compartment like danielbeaty, but it was harder. I took the kickplate off and the trim from around the rear panel, and a couple of screws, and was able to reach in and unplug the sensor. I'm in the process of posting the procedure in more detail.
