1999 plymouth breeze stalls after running fine for at least a few minutes. Have unplugged the 02 sesnor, cleaned the EGR sensor and replaced the fuel filter. Used to start right back up, now doesn't even do that

I have a 97 plymouth breeze with a 2.0

The fuel filter is bolted to the top of the fuel tank, you need to lower the entire tank a few inches for access.
There are many reasons the car dies while driving, I assume it when it has warmed up. Could be fuel pump issue or a sensor is overheating. Does the check engine light come on?

EGR Valve, O2 Sensor

Absolutely a bad o2 sensor can cause problems with performance. If you replace one it is highly recommended to replace both or all four depending on your vehicle. If one o2 sensor is making your vehicle run rich you will burn more fuel and in return increase the amount of carbon or unburnt fuel if you will in your egr valve you could probably get away with cleaning it but I would recommend replacing it, it will save you from having to pull it off again. Check your catyletic converter because long exposure to carbon will mess it up.

Difficulty to replace EGR valve in 1999 totyota camry 4-cyl automatic

Not difficult at all to service the EGR Valve using a #12 mm socket wrench it is a five minutes job. However the VSV is another history and very difficult to be reached unless you have an elevator After the engine begin stalling I double checked the EGR which was completely carbonized. I cleaned it and also replaced IAC checked VSV and all sensors, but the engine follows stalling. Now I am looking for the Charcoal Canister which I simply can't find where it is located, then I will check the vacuum lines and the transmission sensors, but I have heard that EGR despite cleaned can keep bringing troubles. By the way, anyone has ever heard where in the car is installed the charcoal canister
