Are you using original starter or compatible starter. Also get checked that both starter and solenoid compatible for each other. Also is the starter spinning? Did you checked?
If you're getting current to the starter but it ain't spinning, it needs replacement.
Bad Starter Connection: Corrosion can not only keep your battery from connecting, it can affect any electrical component, especially the ones exposed to the elements like the starter. If you have a helper, you can test the connection by holding a circuit tester lead on the wire that engages the starter. This is the smaller of the two wires connected to the starter. Be sure no part of your body is near the moving parts of the engine - it could still start at any time! Have a friend turn the key and check the current. If you're getting current to the starter but it ain't spinning, it needs replacement. But if starter is getting current as well as spinning then the solenoid needs to be checked and replaced.

Thanks. keep updated for any more can rate this solution and show your appreciation.

Where is the starter relay on a 1995 Mitsubishi Mighty Max PU

It sounds more like you have a bad connection somewhere or possibly a weak battery.

1992 mitsubishi mighty max 2.4 liter manual, could not get starter to turn over until i went directly to starter, does not seem to be getting enough voltage to starter solenoid, what do i need to check in...

Run a wire directly from the (disconnected) starter solenoid wire to the (disconnected, just grounded) horn. See how it blows. If weak, it could be the ignition switch or the clutch safety switch.

Replaced the starter as the car was not turning over. The old starter tested good but still replaced. Ran fine after installation. Sitting overnight, not starting once again this morning. Turns but...

I would be looking for the following: If it'an automatic, while it is acting up put it in neutral and see if the starter works? If so, either poor connections to or bad neutral safety switch.

This car also uses a starter relay. According to my data base, it is located foreward of the right front shock tower and the second one in from the engine side.

Check for solid grounds from the battery to the engine. Corroded connections will peform worse when they are cold, sometimes, even causing an open circuit.

I hope this has pointed you somewhere in the direction you need to be looking

92 Mighty Max. Won't engage the starter. Pulled starter out , it tested great. is their a fuse somewhere ? The Chiltons manual is worthless on this issue.

No fuse but dirty terminals and low voltage will cause this. Check out the voltage first, has to be over 12, more like 13 volts. then check the electrolyte fluid in the battery, if one cell is dead or even half dead, it will cause problems. Then if all checks out, clean off the terminals with one of those round battery cleaners, bolt them up tight, It should work. Check it out.

I don't think my truck is getting a full 12 volts during startup.

The starter is at fault, the contacts are bad in the starter, and it is drawing to much amps from the ignition.
