Question about 1995 GMC Sierra
Soulds like a vachum leak or a stuck EGR valve, if you have a vachum gauge or can drive it to autozone they can put a vachum gauge on it and see if it has 18HG of vachum if it is lower you have a leak. otherwise it may be a fuel problem, however you would have had to just have put fuel it it recently to know if that was the problem, it is possible to have water in the gas even thought they have ways to detect water in the fuel when it's in the ground.
