Question about Buick LeSabre
Your local Bestbuy Car Audio installation technician can reprogram and since they sell all models of starters and security systems they have access to manuals for all systems that your dealer may not have access to. I would take it to them and drive to the garage area/doors where they pull cars in to do installs and try and talk to one of the techs directly and ask before going inside and having a sales person be a middle man. Sometimes if its an easy fix they will just simply tell you how or you can slip them a quick "TIP" and they will do it on their break, or tell you to meet them during their LUNCH break somewhere... Sorry I couldnt answer the specific question but had similar issue on 2001 Suburban and this is how I got it fixed.
