If you have changed your output seal and are still losing fluid by it, you probably need to replaced the rear bushing also. And check your driveshaft yoke for excessive wear.

1997 town and country. driver cv axle broke last week so i had it repaired at shop. two days later large puddle of red oil under same side, seems to be from transmission end of shaft seal. did the shop not...

Hello jduke813: My name is Roger and I will help. If the leak is on the same side of the van as the repair. I check with the repair shop first. Ask them to recheck the repair as the axle seal may have been damaged when the axle was taken out and put back in. As I said it may have been damaged. Axle seals do leak from tome to time and do need replaced also. Should you need further help lease just ask. Please rate the answer. Good luck with the repairs Thank You for using Fix Ya. Roger

2001 chrysler town country limited. Check engine light is on with a code P740. transmission shifts very well .What is up with this code and what needs to be replaced? also the ac is cold on the passenger...

P0740 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Malfunction, it could be a sensor starting to go bad, have the code cleared and see if it happens again, have you ever had your transmission fluid replaced, (do not have it flushed) might want to do that as a Preventive Maintenance item.

A/C problem could be the A/C controls on the dash are not working properly, the doors inside the dash are not closing completely, letting warm blended air in on the driver's side.

Fluid leak from the seal between the transmission and engine about a drip every 5 seconds when running

would suspect that it is a rear main oil seal in the engine...not good and costly to repair since the engine and transmission need to be seperated for a 10 dollar part. is it oil that is leaking?

2006 Chrysler T&C transmission leak

a bolt most likely vibrated loose and is letting transmission fluid leak out. try finding it and tighten it back up. or your dipstick housing is loose and the pressure is allowing fluid to leak out.
