2001 dodge stratus 2.4 dohc will the coil pack spark if the valves are bent on the number 2 and 3 cylinders

If the engine cranks, and the cam and crank are close to being in time, the coils should fire.
You just would not have compression on some cylinders.

I have a dodge stratus 2000 with 2.4 liter dohc motor, ran fine then stalled once started right no spark will not start

Try using one of the old plugs and connect it to #1 and a good ground then try starting to visually confirm if spark is/is not present. Its much easier to see the spark in the dark. If you get a spark the problem is not electrical and could be a bad ground between the plug and the block, rarely happens, but not unheard of.

My 99 dodge status 2.4 liter is not getting any

check for codes in the PCM just because the sensors are plugged in doesn`t mean they are working. check for power getting to the coil packs if this is good then check to see if the ground circuit is good and reference voltage is good at the coils. the PCM grounds the coil packs and monitors the reference voltage the power is supplied when the key is turned on. just some places to start

1997 stratus with2.4 in it died all of a sudden..replaced thr coil pack bu still no spark mwhere do i go now?

are you sure you needed the coil pack to begin with you may need to have the timing belt replaced but if you know that the belt is ok then you should try replacing the crank sensor. this will give you atleast a place to start.

2000 Dodge Stratus wont fire

You need to check for spark. Usualy when you have no spark at all it, will be the ignition module. It is what the coils are plugged into. It should look like a flat silver plate.
