Make sure they are not loose where you replaced them, and check the fuse to see that it did not blow, and the connection to the cluster.

2005 Ford F-250 tail lights/running lights relay

First things first, if your headlights and turn/hazard are still working it's probably just a fuse as you expected. If the brake lights work too, definetely a fuse. If none of the back lights work, it's most likely a short in the wiring system, mine happened because of rubbing under the box peeled off the rubber housing. Check the fuses first, pull each "lights" one out and look through it with a small flashlight, you can tell if it's burned out. Replace any that look questionable with new ones. If that doesn't solve the problem, start at the back lights, locate the power cables to them, and do a manual inspection, clean and tape (black elec. tape) any frays or housing tears, or replace the whole wire. 95% chance one of those is your problem.

Dash lights dont work

if none of the dash lights work, it's most likely a fuse. check them all. Even if the fuse for those lights looks good, replace it. Hopefully that works. Also try hitting the dash a few time to see if it might be a loose connector.

Turn signals suddenly stopped working. No blinking indicator. Would this happen if one of the bulbs failed, or is it another part that needs to be replaced. If it is,what is the part, and where is it...

First try your emergency 4 way flasher.

Do all, some or none of the lights come on.

If none it could be a fuse, either under the dash or in the engine bay. Or the flasher unit, usually under the dash.

If some, then you've got a couple of dead bulbs.

If all come on, your indicator switch is faulty.
