Question about GMC Safari
Check all the fuses,up under the drivers side dash,also find the horn and connect 12 volts from the battery and make sure it is still good,then there is a horn relay near the fuse box on drivers side it will be square and most likely on the far left of fuse box,near kick panel,if all this seams to be fine ,there is the horn button,this will be where you push on the horn,the horn pad,will come off,it has screws in the back of the steering wheel,check the button connection under neth
