Without knowing the exact type of the turbo kit and of what it's comprised of all i can give you are some generic instructions: first of all disconnect the admission and exhaust lines and everything attached to them from the head of the engine; attach the new exhaust line; attach the turbo to it;fit to the turbo its oil system - be very careful with that or the turbo will fail catastrophically in minutes; attach the wastegate to the turbo and its pipe;  attach the original exhaust line to the turbo/pipe - done with the exhaust side; attach to the turbo the pipe to the intercooler; install the intercooler where is supposed to go - usually in front of the radiator; attach the new admission pipes (if you have them in the kit); attach the pipe from the intercooler to the admission pipes - done with the secondary admission side; attach to the turbo the new airbox - done.
All of this should take you about a day of very precise work.

Why is a check gas cap message on 2006 chevy cobalt ls 2.2 showing on inst. panel? L4

I guess you have no knowledge about vehicles
made for the last 35 years, since 1980

We have computers that monitor things & operate
the vehicles

You surely have heard of checking for OBD Codes

You have an Evap System problem to find & fix &
it does not have to be a failed gas cap

Ever read your owners manual, their not of much use,
but you have to get all that down first

2006 Chevy Cobalt LS won't start

Could be a weak connection between the battery and starter, or the clutch safety switch. You would need to know how far power is getting in the starter circuit to figure it out.

2006 Cobalt LS Coupe Intermittent Starting Problem

sounds about right, probably is ignition switch, reason you don't get codes is because if power is'nt connecting to engine while problems occurs then ecm won't pick it up. you should have 2 ignition switches, (the lock cylinder and key switch, the other is the electrical, usually located under the dash, and commonly atttatched to the column close to the firewall, check connections first, it may just be a loose plug in connection

Will the oil pan from a 2.2 l chevy motor fit on a 2.0 l chevy motor?

There are probably lots of used oil pans in the salvage yards. The problem is that the salvage operators will only sell them with a used engine. That is why you are being told that there are none available.

To answer your question:
The part number for a 2002 Cavalier 2.2L OHV oil pan is 88890999.
The part number for a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt SS 2.0L oil pan is 55558816.
So, the simple answer is NO, they are NOT interchangeable.

The good news is that you can order a NEW oil pan from gmpartsdirect.com for about 40% off of dealer MSRP. Click the link below to go there.

That is a hard problem to pin point without knowing what codes the computer has stored. It can be any number or sensors or engine problems.

You can go to most auto parts stores and they will pull the codes for you for free.
