I have a 1990 dodge shadow I replaced the turn signal ***.& the flasher ,bulbs & fuse I have flashers but no turn signal I am stumped

i assume you mean that you have hazard flashers work and not the signals.there are two flasher units on the is for the hazards and the other is for the turn signals.they look exactly the same but have there own sounds like you changed the hazard flasher thinking it was the signal need to look for the flasher unit and change should be on the fuse panel or under the dash in the same general area.

1990 Dodge Dynasty idles when cold but won't idle when it warms up. Could this be the EGR?

It is remotely possible but it is more likely to be the IAC motor having the pintle stuck in the rich position.
Check the computer for any codes before going off and hap hazardly changing parts. If you dont have a scanner let Auto Zone Parts Store scan it for free.
Hope this helps.

Flasher fuse

On the pass. side beside the glove box (when open) there is the fuse box. above or beside the fuse box is the relays for the turn & hazard signals.
You may have to remove the glove compartment all the way over to the ash tray that whole assembly comes out look up where the glove compartment used to be. You will see the relays. Use your owners manual it will point you to the flasher relay.
If your turn signal is not flashing, replacing the flasher or relay might not fix it. Especially if one side flashes and the other doesn't, there is probably a short or corroded wire somewhere in the circuit. Refer to a wiring diagram to test with a test light.
Good Luck and hope this helps

1990 Dodge Dynasty LE 3.3L replaced Trans Speed sensor and Output speed sensor Speedometer still not working. What to do next?

the next step is to have a scanner hooked up with live data capabilities and see if the speedo is getting a signal from the VSS, if it is then the speedo stepper motor that moves the needle is defective and the unit must be sent out for repair..

Noturn signals

Many cars have two flashers. One for hazard lights & one for signals. Check the turn signal flasher, if ok, check the turn signal switch. A wiring diagram will help a lot.

No brake lights of blinkers 1990 dodge dynasty

While not likely, it is possible that the light bulbs in both sides are have bad filaments. Turn on ignition key (but don't start engine). Then turn on parking lamps (first detent or "click" on headlamp switch). Walk around car and look for illumination on front parking lamps and rear tail lights. Turn on the right turn signal. Are those (right hand) lamps now changing brilliance? Try the left turn signal in the same manner. Are those (left hand) front and rear lights changing briiliance? Take note of any positions that did NOT change briliance when the turn signals were activated. If NONE changed briliance, you either have a bunch of bad bulbs (unlikely) or a bad flasher (more likely) or a bad turn signal switch (most likely) or perhaps wiring problems (possible if the car has been in a collision or has been "worked on" by some "non-expert" mechanic). Check the action of the emergency flasher control switch located on the steering column (facing up). Pushing it in (down) should result in the button going to two different heights alternately (low, high, low, high). You could just have bad flashers or corroded flasher contacts! Good luck!
