Did you use a OBD II scanner after you replaced the part to erase or clear the code from the ECM (Computer)?

The durango 1999 is giving a PO300 and PO305 & PO306 codes it has new plugs new distributor cap & rotor, the wires look good ??????

The vehicle can misfire for many different reasons. Your first step should be to check to make sure the spark is getting to the spark plugs. Next make sure those cylinders are getting fuel. If all those check out then you will need to check for compression loss. All of these procedures and more can be found at www.autozone.com
