Question about 2000 Volkswagen Beetle
Try taking the sensor out of the air intake and cleaning it with some easy start (starter fluid ) for a start but if that doesnt work then back it to the dealer as to start changing parts that work out expensive and it doesnt cure it will cost you more money in the long run than paying dealer labour charges
