Car won't start with vacuum hose connected but will with hose not connected also has no gas pedal pressure, after running for 10 minutes or more

Need more details, such as which vacuum hose and what happens if the hose is connected after the engine starts?

I don't understand your reference to gas pedal pressure? The pressure felt in the accelerator pedal is merely the pressure of the return spring which is unlikely to be there and then not be there ten minutes later.

Why is mybcm not letting me pass insp there is no code on thi1996 chry lhs what is going on

You mean PCM most states read the readiness monitors depending on the state on how many they allow not to be completed. The first one on the list that is hard to get run and pass is the EVAP Because this requires the car to be cold and fuel tank must between 15%-85% and both air temp and coolant temp with in 10 degrees of each other. Start car let idle for 5 -10 minutes Then drive car normally no hard accelerations or quick stops bring speed to 50-60 mph and coast down to 20-15 mph without brake pedal input repeat this twice. Then bring speed to 58-62 mph and set cruise control run for 12-16 miles exit freeway caught a red light or stop and idle 2 minutes shut car off rest for 5 minutes and repeat freeway drive. then redo morning cold start again . then have some one test the generic readiness monitors to what needs to run and attempt again. California before 2000 1 can be incomplete after 2000 all have to be completed which is hard some will not run for 800 miles.

Causes car jerk

Car needs to warm up properly so that the automatic choke disengages completely,
After allowing the car to run at idle for a minute or two,
Give the accelerator pedal a quick push to about 1/3 throttle,
Idle speed should drop back to normal running speed and the car drive properly

Clutch pedal switch would not let the starter to operate. So you can eliminate that. Possibly the fuel pump.or it was momentarily flooded. When you pushed the accelerator pedal whaile cranking you were allowing more air into the engine, thereby blowing the excess gas thru and out the engine.I would have it checked for correct fuel pressure and any vacuum leaks.

1991 Cadillac Brougham not getting gas

The fuel pump is located on the frame undrneath the passenger side rear door.If you have the throtle body injection used on the 305 engine the electric fuel pump puts out about 8 psi.
Sounds like you have a clogged fuel pump. Not that bad to change if you have the special tool needed to remove the fuel lines to the pump. Ask your local Auto parts store for help.

Car won't start!!

AmyLynn001, 1st thing, let the car sit for a couple hours (because u smell gas, it's definitely flooded). Turn the key to start (do NOT touch the gas pedal!! Cars are designed now to start w/out touching the gas pedal. If u do, u will flood it, and make it even more difficult to start) When u turn the key, only hold it to turn the engine over for no more than 10 seconds. If after the 10 seconds it doesn't start, turn key off, wait about 10 seconds, repeat. (this is to reduce wear and tear on the starter, and to not run the battery down real quick). It sounds like several problems coming together caused this. U state that the car needs a tune up, it's likely the overheating, need of a tune up (car not performing to optimum efficiency) and pushing on the gas pedal, resulting in flooding, all came together to create this no start condition. Eliminate any one (preferably all!) and u should be able to start the car. So, hopefully just letting it sit and not touching the gas pedal while attempting to start will be enough to get u back on the road, then get that tune up soon. Let me know how u make out.
