These are fuses, fuse links are different, The fuse panel is located inside the glove box, on the left side.
To change a fuse, open the glove box, Pull down on the
fuse panel latch and open the door. Pull the fuse straight out to replace or check.

The fuses are marked with letters.

Fuse "K" a 20 amp fuse (yellow) controls the door locks, the horn, the interior lights

Fuse "M" a 5 amp fuse (tan) controls the radio illumination
Fuse "N" a 10 amp fuse (red) is the radio power fuse

This information comes directly from the GM customer site and the 1993 Buick Century owners manual.

Pontiac sunfire interior lights, horn and blinkers do not work

They are talking about the body control module, but I'm not sure they are right. The horn does not need the bcm to work. See diagram below. The horn relay is energized by the horn switch on the steering wheel. The switch also signals the bcm, but that is not used to power the horn.

The turn signal does not use the bcm at all. The problem there may be the switch or the wire. See diagram below.

The instrument lights DO REQUIRE the bcm, but can be rewired to bypass the bcm. The gray wire from the bcm in the diagram below powers the instrument lights. You can cut the gray wire and splice it to the brown wire from the multi function switch. Find the brown wire coming out the bottom of the steering column, skin some insulation off the wire and verify it has 12 volts when the parking lights are on. Do not cut the brown wire--just attach the gray wire to it. You will not be able to dim the lights, but they will come on.

My car horn is stuck on (very loud) and I removed the fuse for the horn, but now my radio or interior lights dont work. What do i do?

Hello,

was the radio and interior light working before you removed the fuse for the horn? In the process of removing the fuse for the horn, you must have mistakenly tempered with the fuse for the radio and interior light.

So I would suggest you go back to the fuse box and deep them in properly because the interior and radio fuse might not be contacting properly.

I hope this makes sense to you.

Good luck.

Intrument cluster lights, climate control lights, radio lights, lights in all window switches and lights for door lock etc are ALL out, checked the dimmer, it rolls but no idea if it actually works. Anyone...

those are all interior lights and functions. Interior fuse box. power supply and feeding fusible links need to be checked for continuity. Not an easy task. May want to have an electrical systems auto tech look at it. Hunting under the dash and around the firewall bothers my neck if you catch my meaning. sorry

My 1992 GTS radio, flashers, trunk light, horn dont work and air bag light on

The horn and the flashers are controlled by the 15 amp HAZ-Horn fuse.
The trunk light is powered by the 20 amp Dome light.
The radio is powered by the above Dome fuse, and the 15 amp Radio & CIG fuse.
With a 12 volt testlight, check for power on BOTH sides of the above fuses. If you have no power to either side of the fuses, you have an open circuit under the hood that feeds said fuses: Look for an open circuit in the main fusible link coming right off of the battery positive terminal to the wiring harness.

Electrical problem

I just had the same issues. No headlights, interior lights, power door locks, radio controls on steering wheel, or dash lights. Pulled every fuse in cab and under hood, not a one was bad. I disconnected the battery terminals for a few minutes. When I reconnected them every thing was working.
