Sound like a theft system is armed/activated; recently disconnected the battery, unplugged or take off the car radio? Firts step, check the fuse panel for any blow fuse.
If you see CODE message in the radio, you need to enter your four-digit radio anti-theft code after you turn the radio on. The unit will display “Code”, after which you punch the four digits.
