Check the fuel filter ,perhaps it is block by dirt and to be replace. So the engine is not getting the full fuel flow.

Car cuts off while driving, Whats the problem?

Could be several things. You will have to figure out if it is loosing ignition or fuel to proceed. Could be a relay or the ignition module among other things.

Car runs great till you apply the brakes then it dies, starts back up and runs great then looses power after about 1/2 mile, fuel pressure is 44 lbs, whats up?

If it has that pressure when it dies, or is losing power, then it must not be fuel-related.
Just a thought: Do you have a large air leak from a faulty brake booster? I think you would hear air hissing when brakes are pressed if it's bad.Might check that.

Is there a check fluid stic for transmission fluid? I searched my engine and could not find one. 1993 Honda Accord w/ slipping transmission.

there is alot of cars that do not have a dip stick..thus having to check fluid by loosing a bolt on the transmission pan. This also is the fill point, If it starts to seep out of the hole you know you have enough fluid! It should say exact under transmission in your owners manual

1993 honda prelude si 2.3 liters cuts off while driving

Smoking out the tailpipe is usually caused by worn rings, or really worn valve guide seals. (if it is an oil smoke) If it is a black smoke, it is running too rich, maybe an injector leaking or stuck open.
