My 2001 JGC did the same. I added a bottle of friction modifier in the diff and it solved the problem.

If this a 4WD then you most likely have a bad front axle "U" joint.

My 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee makes a clicking noise from dash broad as i decrease in speed. Stops once vehicle has slowed down

Have you checked that the speedo and the rev counter still give steady readings, if you can notice a slight "judder " on either then that is where the noise is coming from. Must be one or the other is speed related.

My oil pressure gauge goes to the H

Not really , when you give it gas it creates higher pil pressure at higher engine speeds, when the engine slows down there is less pressure on the oil.

My 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee rides extremely rough when the temperature gets below 27F. When driving over the smallest bump it bottoms out--sounds as if the wheels are scraping the wheel well.. I have...

differential lube is internal (where the gears are) and should not be termerature sensitive and unless a bearing is gone and quites down a bit when the lube moves around as you drive, it should not be making noise. Would never cause bottoming out or anything close to the noise you say you have. It is possible you got a bad shock, but I can't remember the last time I saw one (very long time) Without the benefit of seeing it, my best guess is that it has something to do with the brakes or a hub bearing. If it is a brake noise, could be something as simple as the dust shield hitting the inside of the rotor. Also the items I mentioned before.

The abs light just came on and the brakes make a noise

sounds like metal to metal scraping, time for new pads, rotors resurfaced, also bleed brakes

Very rough idle on 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Edition V8

If you haven't changed the plugs or had the fuel system cleaned, now would be a good time to do it. The number 1 culprit for rough idles is dirty injectors or plugs. You can try an injector cleaner in a can (or bottle) for under $10 and see if it helps, and then work from there. If there isn't any improvement then if you are able to, check the plugs for any gunky buildup and if you find a bad plug, make sure you replace them all (or have them replaced) at the same time.

Winning noise from rear

If this noise gets louder with speed, you could have bad rear diff. side bearings. Jeep did have a problem with the bearings in the rears when they started making them in a different plant.
