Question about 1997 Toyota Avalon
The outside handle, drivers side door, on my 1997 Avalon suddenly stopped working. I can still open the door from the inside. I know some is caught inside the door, because my power window will only roll halfway down on that side.
Is this something I can fix myself?
Since you can get the door open, half the battle is already won. Yes, open the door, pull the interior door panel and take a look around. Watch inside with a flashlight (towards the rear of the door) as you roll the window down to see if you can see what it's snagged on.
