The lever that activates the drum that directs the air flow has broken. There is a modification that can be done to the actuator lever. The parts are available from the saab dealer (plastic), or from several online sources (metal). If you Google this repair (95 climate control repair), you will find several sources for parts and instructions. In most cases, if you remove the under dash panel on the drivers side and a small white plastic piece falls out, this is the most likely source of the problem. You should also here a motor running for a long period of time when the air outlet source is selected.

2014 Ford Expedition AC Blowing through the floor vents even when HVAC controls are set for dash only.

Look for a vacuum line off or something stopping vacuum-operated doors from being able to open and/or close doors in or under the dash, or near the floor.

Vents won't blow hot or cold air. Comes from defrost and feet when you put fan on.

It's the vent actuator, it moves the baffle that changes the direction of the air flow.
Here is a video of a broken vacuum hose that creates the same problem.

It could also be a failed actuator.

What causes the ac to blow cold in the rear but warm air in the front?

These vehicles came with 2 types of ac controls.
The vacuum control system uses vacuum to actuate the vents and ducting from hot to cold. A lot of times the HVAC vacuum line in the engine bay (black hard plastic) is either broken or disconnected from its vacuum source.
The electronic vent control: does everything at the control knob via vent actuators and the control panel itself. With this one it could be any of the components. You would have to locate them and verify operation by moving temp/vent selector.

Heater is blowing cold air.

Start with checking coolant level, if low it will cause a no heat problem. If radiator coolant level is correct you might have a temperature door problem. The temerature door is located inside the HVAC module and is controlled by the temperature control knob on the dash board. The electric motor that moves the temp door may have failed.

Jeep AC blows cold air at defrost and feet but not through vents

There is a flap that directs the air. the flap is controlled by a vacuum actuator. This is located inside the venting. The actuator is connected to little vacuum hoses that attach to the temperature control switch. Either the flap is stuck, or the actuator has gone bad.

Ac blows hot air ac compressor is ice cold but the vents blow hot air when enige is hot. bloows cold air when engine is cold

check your air diverter doors, sounds like the door for heat is open, when a/c is selected the doors should move and close the heater off. the heater will over power the a/c. the door controller is located on the environmental station under the dash neat to the floor. the control is electronic and probably not functioning
