It's in the lower corner of the radiator. Might be under the lower hose and hard to see. If you can't see if from up top looking down (or feeling around for it), keep the hood open and lay under the front of the car and take a look at the lower corners of the radiator. Most of the ones I have seen lately have a white-ish plastic plug, although I've seen a few black ones here and there which are harder to see.
