Question about 1986 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer
Get a hanger cut the long part of the hanger, bent the very tip about an 1/8" of an inch at 90 deg, the tip you bent hit it with a hammer so that it's some what flat, turn the window handle so that it's pointing down, push back on the door panel, in back of the window handle there will be a small clip, with the hanger pull the clip up and remove it , the handle will slide off on.

There is an inexpensive special tool that is made for this purpose. You can get it at an auto parts store.
