What powers the slide out ?

If you are referring to a camper, the 12 volt auto battery powers them. Fully charge the battery first. there is a switch inside the camper to power the motors be sure its turned on. A lot of campers seem to have a problem with poor wire connections and broken wires. clean all connections check for broken wires and check fuses. good luck.

How do I slide on camper to my well back ute?

Place the camper on saw horses or some suitable supports at the right height. ensure that the width of the camper will be less than the space between the wheel well covers. back the vehicle a up to the camper and push the camper into position. If you have a non-slip product in the tray then you will need something like a sheet of ply to provide a surface that will allow the camper to slip.

I have a model 6162 norcold refrigerator in my camper. We use to travel with it but this year we have a permanent site. Plugged it in and it auto switched to run on gas and it runs perfectly fine on gas....

could be that due to bad roads, you damageg one of the wires, that is a direct short that blows the fuse, take the fridge out and check your wires

7 pin connector trailer back up light no voltage

Pull one of your tailights on truck, and find wire to back-up on it, then run jumper down to 7 pin plug. Might save a lot of trouble/time.

Reversing lights do not come on when engaging reverse on vw 68 bay camper

Firstly look on the gearbox and u will see a switch with a two wire plug going in to it . Pull it off, then bridge the wires with a split pin. If your lights work then it wants a reverse light switch if it doest check the fuses and bulbs

Can't get the lights on camper to work when I turn on a signal light both tail lights on camper flash thats the only lights that work . I drive a 2004 silverado

if they camper was wired for an older/other make of truck it might be different check to see if the yellow(left side turn/brake) wire maybe connected or crossed with the green(right turn/brake) wire, also see if the plug in wiring under the rear bumper is a stock plug in or if some one tried to go cheap and use"scotch-locks" on the tail light wires and crossed something under there, the parts store sells a plug in tester for your truck's particular plug that will tell you if the truck has the issue or if it's the camper, also check the ground, hope this helps, and good luck

No running lights on camper trailer

Hey Paul, it's most likely a wiring problem. There is one wire designated for just the running lights. What type of plug does the truck have? Probably 6 or 7 way (6 or 7 wire). You can check the plug-in at the truck with a multi-meter to see if there's power at that point. If there is, then the problem is somewhere from the trailer plug to the lights on the trailer. If you have a 7 way plug, the center plug is for aux. power (back up lights on what you pull, if equipped). One wire is power to the camper battery for a breakaway switch, one for left turn and stop, one for right turn and stop, a ground wire, one for running lights, and one for trailer brakes. To determine what wire does what, 1st with meter check volts of all wires w/ truck and trailer hooked up, truck running, power wire to battery for breakaway should show voltage if equipped w/ a trickle charge, brake wire will show low voltage, approx. 2 volts, apply brakes and should go up to approx. 12 volts, put on L turn signal, meter should go up and down, as power to blinker pulses on and off, do the same to determine which is the R turn signal (put foot on truck brakes will show voltage to brake lights AND brakes, continue w/ process of elimination to determine which is running lights, and exactly where power is not going.

2007 Tacoma Tail light problem.

Check the taillamp fuse on the truck. If it is blown, you either have a short in the wiring of the camper, or the 7 pin inverter box on the camper.
