Question about 2005 Honda Accord
You have to determine whether its the switch or the motor that is defective. Bypass the switch and use a set of jumper cables on the electrical connectors and see if the locking mechanism works . If it does its the switch . If it doesn't its the motor/ locking mechanism.
Verify this by hitting direct B+ to motor and listen for it to clickand release and close its jaws.
