A weak battery will not do this. The car wouldn't start.
A weak or obstructed motor or blade arms would do this.Possibly high resistance in the circuit would do this. Make sure motor is getting B+. If it does then motor or arms are your issue.

When it rains, wipers, AC, and power windows would stop working, everything else works fine.

sounds like a bad switch, or a bad ground.
I'd check the wiper motor to see if it has a ground wire nad clean up the connections.

Wipers stopped working, not a fuse

Your wiper motor or wiper transmission may be bad. If you can hear the wiper motor running, but the wipers don't move, your wiper transmission is bad. If you can't hear the wiioper motor, and you're sure all fuses are good and all contacts are solid, your wiper motor is toast.

On my 1998 ford contour my windshield wipers wont work and a loud banging noise is happening even when they are off

It sounds as if the wiper linkage has come adrift, normally will require renewal of a link arm

My windshield wipers stopped working in my 2002 altima

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome to the site. First, since both wipers are not working, you need to check your fuse. If the fuse is good, listen to hear if you can hear the wiper motor running. If it is not, you need a new motor. If you hear noise, the motor may be stripped. If nothing is still happening, you probably have a bad wire in that harness. Your wiper switch may be bad as well. If you have anymore questions, please let me know. Thanks for using FixYa and have a good might.

Pontiac g6 2006 wipers stopped movement while driving. what could this be from? I already checked fuses. i hear the motor running making noise.

either linkage broke/ jammed or motor is stuck -makin noise but not movin open hood and with wiper on feel motor- its on firewall-for movement if moving turn off motor now try to move wipers if move freely than they are broken off or have disconnected from the motor need to remove the cowl to access the wipers linkages

Wipers stopped working

Either the wiper motor burned out or wiper linkage broke or is loose. When you turn the wipers on if you hear the motor then it's the linkage. If you hear nothing, the motor is bad

How to Disconnect Windshield Wiper Motor in 1971 Beetle?

Some car require that the wipers go to full rest befors the electric is turned off. Sounds like they are stuck and the car does not like it. Find the fuse to the wipers and pull. But the motor seems to be bad and gave up.
