Question about 2004 Dodge Durango
There are 3 downward facing screws one on each side of the steering collum and one above the center. the panel just snaps in and may require a strong pull to get the tabs to pop loose. it comes apart better after parked in the sun. with the panel bezel removed the radio is held in with tamperproof torx screws, or key headed bolts, Snap-on or dealer tools.
